EIPX™ respects the privacy of buyers, sellers, and visitors. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, entity information.
- Verification data: government ID, ownership documentation, and originator attestations for sellers.
- Transaction data: listings viewed, offers, options exercised, escrow flows.
- Device data: IP address, browser, operating system, referrer.
- Communications: messages sent through the Platform and to support.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate the exchange, escrow, and dossier delivery.
- Verify originator status and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional notices and, with consent, marketing updates.
- Improve product performance and marketplace integrity.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information with escrow providers, identity-verification vendors, payment processors, and legal advisors as needed to run the exchange. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
4. Dossier Confidentiality
Dossier materials are gated behind click-through NDAs. Access logs are retained and may be disclosed to the seller in the event of a suspected breach.
5. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Send requests to privacy@eipx.io.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected incidents to security@eipx.io.
8. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 18.
9. International Transfers
EIPX is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.
10. Changes
We will announce material changes at least 14 days in advance and update the effective date above.
